To submit your prescription, you can either upload a scanned copy or provide the details manually during the ordering process. If you do not have your prescription ready during the ordering process, email us at prescriptions@hanzprellet.com and send us your prescription whenever you’re ready!

What are the requirements to place an order?

The requirements to place an order include a valid prescription (remember to get this from your eyecare provider), frame selection (check our eyeglasses/sunglasses page for our vast selection of eyewear!), lens preferences (you can find everything you need to know about lenses here), and accurate personal and payment information.

If I need to make changes to my order, what steps should I take?

We process orders pretty quickly. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at orders@hanzprellet.com. If your order has already shipped, don’t worry!. Just go to your “My Account” page and return the item.
