Expedited shipping (Through UPS/FedEx/USPS) : United States -

• 2-5 business days after shipment US$ 11
• Order over US $219.99: Free

General rule -

If the eyeglasses ordered cannot be delivered within 60 days of your order, you are entitled to a full refund or a new pair of glasses free of cost. You will be eligible for free shipping in the United States if you order an amount that exceeds US$55.99.

*Shipping to other countries depends on the shipping carrier’s delivery charge.

• On receipt of the returned material, it will be processed within 7 working days and your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment
• Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7-10 working days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account
