If you are not satisfied with the glasses you ordered, you can choose to return it for a refund or replacement. You may refer to our return policy for more details.

Shipping Rules

General rule
If the eyeglasses ordered cannot be delivered within 60 days of your order, you are entitled to a full refund or a new pair of glasses free of cost. You will be eligible for free shipping in the United States if you order an amount that exceeds US$55.99.
* Shipping to other countries depends on the shipping carrier’s delivery charge.
  • On receipt of the returned material, it will be processed within 7 working days and your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.
  • Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7-10 working days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.

Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy
  • We are committed to producing eyeglasses strictly in accordance with the prescription and requirements of our clients. In the event you are not satisfied with the eyeglasses supplied under any circumstances, you are entitled to a one-time, no questions asked refund within 14 days. If the product has a defect or error from Hanzprellet, we will refund the amount within 30 days.
  • * The second return of a product will result in a full refund of store credit only.
  • If you want to return any material supplied under any circumstances, contact us within 14 days from the date of receipt. If you made a mistake while placing the order or just don’t like the glasses, you can return it for a full refund (except for shipping charges). If you feel there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the payment fully or we will remake the glasses for you without any charges, if desired.
  • FRAME REPLACEMENTS ( WITHIN 14-30 DAYS) Hanzprellet guarantees a full free replacement of frames if found broken within 14-30 days of purchase.
  • FRAME REPLACEMENTS (AFTER 30-90 DAYS) We guarantee replacement of frames at 50% cost, if returned within a period of 30 days to 90 days, if found broken. 50% cost of the frames plus the shipping charges will have to be given by the customers. (Excludes price of lens)
  • How to return your eye-glasses Contact our Customer Service Department at service@westernopticals.com before returning the glasses or fill out the Return Form on the order page in your account at www.westernopticals.com. Pack your glasses securely and make sure that your name, order number and the reason for the return of the product is specified.
